SHIPPING INFO
Shipping paid for does not pertain to processing times. We charge a flat shipping fee of $8 for every order. Shipping Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of payment unless stated otherwise. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
At the present moment, Sleepy Shore Card Shop ships to addresses within the contiguous U.S. only. Sleepy Shore Card Shop DOES NOT ship to freight forwarding services. If a shipment is addressed to one of these services, the order will be immediately cancelled and be subject to a 6% restocking fee. We will look to offer deliver services to more regions as operations continue.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. Sleepy Shore Card Shop aims to provide your items as described with the utmost care. If something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email immediately and we'll make it right.
We sell Manufacture Sealed Products, we are not responsible for any manufacture defects to the packaging or contents this can include but is not limited too the following: Small rips to the plastic, dings on corners, scuffs to the plastic, or any other imperfections to the packaging material, the contents are packaged by the manufacture and any indiscretions is out of our control.
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment, but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Pre-order Policy
Information Prior to Placing a Pre-Order
Sleepy Shore Card Shop will periodically offer pre-orders to better procure product for its customers. When ordering a Pre-Order, all other items in the cart will ship WITH the Pre-Order item. This means if a pre-order ships in 2 weeks, you'll need to wait 2 weeks for all other items in the card. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or cancelled.
Pre-Order purchases will be charged to your form of payment immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made as well as a restocking fee for Pre-Orders.
